A Muslim student threatened a former terrorist's life at an Air Force Academy event in Colorado Springs, Colorado last week, sources confirmed to PRB News Wednesday, Feb. 13.
The threat is one of many Walid Shoebat, Kamal Saleem and Zak Anani deal with continually, along with criticism of their campaign to expose the world of terrorism from the perspective of being former terrorists themselves.

Crying “fraud” and “bigotry,” the Counsel on American Islamic Relations hounds ex-Islamists
The Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado, invited the three men to tell their story as former Islamic terrorists at the 50th annual Academy Assembly, held during the first week of February.
The four-day event called "Dismantling Terrorism: Developing Actionable Solutions for Today's Plague of Violence," angered a national Muslim group that called the men "anti-Muslim bigots."

al-Qaeda website finds home in Tampa
Using U.S. legal protections and infrastructure, an al-Qaeda website finds its home in Tampa, Florida company.
The National Terror Alert Resource Center reported Monday, Jan. 28, on a new computer program supposed to give al-Qaeda greater communications ability through the Internet.
A Homeland Security Department news release to PRB News said al-Qaeda’s most significant website had been hosted by a Tampa, Florida company in the same building as the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Tampa, “until this morning.”

Georgetown, Texas, police remain concerned, probe for origins, after a device made to look like a bomb is found in a local Wal-Mart.
The Homeland Security National Terror Alert Center confirmed reports of an evacuation Wednesday of the Super Wal-Mart in Georgetown, Texas.
“It was evacuated when a suspicious device was found in the portrait studio of the store Tuesday afternoon,” the terror alert center stated in a news release.

Alleged plot to crash plane at Hannah Montana concert yields guilty plea for teen hijacker Friday for “a delinquent act”
NASHVILLE, TN – A Juvenile Court judge Friday, Jan. 25, accepted a guilty plea for “a delinquent act” from a 16-year-old California boy charged with felony terrorism Tuesday.
The boy’s name is withheld, Nashville District Attorney spokesperson Susan Niland told PRB News Monday. “The case falls under the protections of the juvenile courts,” she said.
A Nashville Attorney’s Office release obtained by PRB News noted the plea in Davidson County Juvenile Court by Judge Betty Adams Green.

Numerous American schools such as George Mason University, Virginia, and Eastern Michigan University, Michigan, have recently installed footbaths to accommodate Muslim students.
The action reflects a trend among institutions of higher learning to increase the visibility of an Islamic culture.
The University of Michigan-Dearborn’s decision to use general funds to pay for several footbaths (at an approximate cost of $25,000 each) has created a frenzy of media attention.

Expert: CAIR helps Islamist insurrection:
A counter-terrorism expert named the Council on American Islamic Relations as aiding Islamist insurrection enemies in the U.S.
As Islamic jihad takes more than 100 victim lives worldwide every week, the Counsel on American Islamic Relations works hard to keep Americans from perceiving the Shari’a Islamic insurrection creeping forward within U.S. borders.
So said noted author and counter-terrorism expert Frank Gaffney in an interview with PRB News recently.
Gaffney, the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy, said CAIR is every inch a front for insurrection seeking to topple America’s Constitutional Republic, “an Islamist group,” he said.

Agents expose Islamic leader’s insurrectionism
Imam Siraj Wahhaj of the mosque Masijid Taqwa in New York, told Atlanta TV news interview viewers recently his literature and statements from decades ago do not reflect his current views.
In numerous references to America and “shatan,” Wahhaj had said the nation should fall to Islam, and America was “the most evil government on the face of this earth.”

Mosque lawsuit seeks source of CAIR funding
A Christian minister suing to halt the planned construction of a huge Florida mosque says he hopes to gain access to previously undisclosed financial information of the controversial Council on American-Islamic Relations, which though nonprofit has not disclosed complete directories of its staff or advisory boards and has refused to make its federal tax filings readily available to the public.
CAIR describes itself as "a Muslim civil liberties and advocacy group," whose vision is "to promote justice and mutual understanding" based on three goals – "enhancing understanding of Islam, promoting justice and empowering American Muslims."
But U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., co-founder of the House Anti-Terrorism/Jihad Caucus, says: "Groups like CAIR have a proven record of senior officials being indicted...

Mall massacre highlights terrorism warning
News of a murder-suicide rifleman killing eight and injuring five at a busy shopping mall Wednesday, Dec 5, has FBI officials on alert for more possible incidents.
FBI Public Information Officer Carri Zawicki told CAN News the preliminary indications point away from “any terrorist connection.”
“”We don’t have any indication that there is a terrorist connection,” she said. “The information we have so far is that there is no connection, but we’re continuing to investigate further.”
CAN News is standing by, seeking if further information turns toward news of a volatile end at Christmastime to a nine-month respite from jihadist terrorism in the United States.
